  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Delivery Methods

We deliver throughout United Kingdom. All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Please use signature service if you do not wish to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not request signature service. Please reach out to us if this is the case and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilise the following shipping and delivery methods: 

Small items

Many lightweight items can be shipped via Post. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.

Medium - Bulky sized items

For medium to bulky sized items for example home decor products that cannot be shipped via Post, we will send them through one of several freight carriers. Once your items have left the warehouse, you will be able to track their journey online. Please note that delivery dates shown on the carriers’ websites are only estimates and we cannot take any liability for late deliveries.

Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as a shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture items.

Virtual goods

Virtual goods are sent to the email address provided during checkout.


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Change of Address

Parcels Damaged

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the UK and US.

Taxes and duties 

Please note that all packages are shipped from Weachic. For our customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Weachic.

Note: During public holidays, since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately, this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
